EBRD considering loan for Samarkand solar

The EBRD is considering providing up to €32 million of project finance for Total Eren’s €104 million 100MW solar PV project in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. The financing is being structured via special purpose vehicle Tutly LLC. The EBRD approval date for the funding is 21 October 2020.
