Bulgarian Development Bank signs MoU with five lenders

The Bulgarian Development Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with the development banks of Croatia, Hungary and Macedonia, the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, and the International Investment Bank.

The MoU will allow for the implementation of large projects without the need for a single government to generate large debt, making it possible to raise funding from different sources.
