EBRD: Andre Küüsvek is new MD for Central Asia

Andre Küüsvek has been appointed as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Managing Director for Central Asia. He succeds Bruno Balvanera.

He will be based in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, and oversee the bank’s operations in Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. In previous positions at the EBRD, Küüsvek has served as Director for Local Currency and Capital Markets Development as well as country director in Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
