Caribbean Development Bank backs Barbuda energy resilience project

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has extended a £2.85 million loan ($3.6 million) to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda (GOAB) and the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) to finance the Barbuda Energy Resilience Project (BERP). Part of the proceeds will be used for eligible payments under contracts procured under this project.
