Czerwinska appointed EIB VP

Teresa Czerwinska has been appointed vice-president and member of the Management Committee of the EIB. She will begin her new role on 1 March. Czerwinska was has been a member of the board of the National Bank of Poland since June 2019, and between January 2018 and June 2019, she was Poland's Minister of Finance. In this role, she was also a governor of the EIB.
