ADB and HDBank partner to boost trade in Vietnam

The Asian Development Bank's Trade Finance Program and HDBank from Vietnam have signed a credit agreement to support trade in the country.

“This credit agreement will enable HDBank to access trade loans from ADB, which is expected to support the import and export activities of our customers as well as further promote the trade activities in Vietnam,” said CEO of HDBank, Pham Quoc Thanh. 

TFP provides guarantees and loans to over 200 partner banks to support trade, enabling more companies throughout Asia and the Pacific to engage in import and export activities
