Vasakronan raises EIB green loan

The EIB is providing Swedish real estate company Vasakronan with a SEK2 billion ($220 million) 10-year green loan. Proceeds will support construction and renovation of five properties, all of which have a low energy consumption and climate impact. All the buildings will be environmentally certified to LEED Platinum, with only one project (Noten) certified to LEED Gold.
