SFP Group and SWEN Capital Partners invest €20m in Netherlands biomethane plant

SFP Group and the SWEN Impact Fund for Transition, managed by SWEN Capital Partners, have announced a joint acquisition of the 2,200 nm3/h Aben Green Energy biomethane production plant in Westdorpe, the Netherlands.

Production capacity will be doubled by 2023 through investments. This first project is made under the framework of a long-term partnership between SFP Group BV and SWIFT to jointly develop and investment in large scale biomethane projects across the Netherlands.
