Nikolai Nikulin appointed EDB Director for Tajikistan

Nikolai Nikulin has been appointed as the Director of the Eurasian Development Bank’s Representative Office in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. In this position, he will arrange the financing of EDB investment projects in Tajikistan. Prior to joining the EDB, Nikulin worked as a representative of the Russian Customs Service in Belarus and then in Tajikistan.
