AfDB prices $2bn bond despite market volatility

The African Development Bank (AfDB) priced a $2 billion fixed rate dollar benchmark bond this month despite volatile market conditions and a lack of MDB supply. The bond was met warmly by investors and issuances followed from the World Bank, EBRD and the ADB.
