Introduction
Uxolo’s Development Finance Pathfinder Awards 2025 are the industry gold-standard for excellence in development and impact finance. Uxolo recognises outstanding projects across all regions and sectors, regardless of size.
To cast your vote, simply visit the projects database and click the ‘Nominate’ button on the development or impact projects that you believe should win. Please provide a short summary explaining why you think the project deserves recognition.

Guidelines
The deadline for project submissions has closed. If you submitted transaction details under embargo, the information will be made public after signing. Now, it’s time to vote for the development or impact project you believe is award-worthy.
You can view projects already nominated for an award here, or search the projects database to vote for a project of your choice. When nominating, please include a brief reason why you believe the project is deserving of an Uxolo award.
While the awards primarily focus on financings with a clear development impact, we may also consider philanthropic or grant projects with especially interesting or influential structures or objectives during the selection process.
Award categories are flexible and will reflect current market activity. However, you are welcome to suggest new categories based on previous winners.
When should I vote?
The voting deadline is 2nd March. You are welcome to vote for more than one project. If the project you would like to vote for isn’t listed and you cannot access the database, please contact us at intelligence@exilegroup.com
Can I get recognition for a nominated project if I worked on it?
Yes. You can create a free dealmaker profile here and tag yourself on the projects you contributed to. Just click the ‘Tag Yourself’ button on the project page and let us know what your role was in the transaction, your profile will then appear under ‘dealmakers’ in the project overview section.
