Britain, Japan fully behind Hitachi nuclear project in Anglesey

Japan and Britain have agreed to provide the most of the financing - a combined $20 billion - for a nuclear power plant project planned by Hitachi on the island of Anglesey, Wales. The loans from the Japanese side will be mainly extended by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, with Nippon Export and Investment Insurance considering guarantees.
