Masdar and Bee'ah receive financing commitments for Sharjah WtE project

Abu Dhabi renewable company Masdar and local environmental manager Bee'ah have secured financial commitments from Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Siemens Financial Services, and SMBC for the 30MW Sharjah Multi-Fuel Waste-to-Energy Facility. French waste-to-energy engineering specialist Constructions Industrielles de la Méditerranée (CNIM) also signed a design, build and operate agreement.
