ENH hires advisors for $2bn gas projects refinancing

Mozambique’s national oil company Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos EP (ENH) has hired two advisers for the $2 billion fund raise to refinance two gas-development projects. Lazard Freres SAS has been appointed to advise on the refinancing of ENH's 10% stake in the Eni SpA Area 4  gas project.  Lion’s Head Global Partners will help raise fuunding for EHN's 15% holding in the Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Area 1 project. Societe Generale SA is acting for Anadarko.  Payments haven't been made by the country since October 2016 and ENH received World Bank support to hire the financial advisers.
