Oman looks to raise $1.2bn for Duqm SEZ

Oman is seeking to raise up to $1.2 billion to finance infrastructure at the country's Duqm Special Economic Zone. Standard Chartered has been mandated as global coordinator to help Oman's debt management office raise the funds. MIGA is considering providing cover for the debt which may take the form of a loan or bond with a potential maturity of 15 to 20 years.
