IADB agrees $70m loan to for Bogota Metro Liner project

The Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) has approved a $600 million conditional credit line for Bogota First Metro Liner (PLMB) - Segment 1. The elevated metro project will be 23.96km long and cover the area with the biggest demand for transportation - Caracas Avenue between 1 and 72 streets.

The first loan from the facility – a $70 million 20-year term loan – has been approved.
