Gazelle Finance launches investment operations in Armenia

Gazelle Finance, a US investment fund manager, has launched investment operations in Armenia targeting investments in high growth small and medium-sized enterprises. About $80 million will be available in the form of loans.

The group, whose main shareholders are Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Dutch development bank FMO, targets SMEs in the South Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Central Asia regions offering financing in $100,000 to $1 million range per investment.
