KfW provides €11m for two regional landfills in Serbia
The Serbian government and German development bank KfW have signed financing agreements worth €11 million for regional landfills in Kruševac and Vranje.
Out of the €11 million, €10 million is a donation for the preparation of technical and design documentation for two regional landfills. Another €22 million has been secured for the landfills in Kruševac and Vranje.
Serbian Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure Minister Zorana Mihajlović said that this is only a part of the ministry and KfW bank joint efforts. The construction of drinking water facilities and wastewater treatment plants worth more than €200 million is underway, she added.
