Klaipedos nafta raises NIB loan commitment for FSRU

Lithuanian oil terminal operator AB Klaipedos nafta has raised a €160 million 25-year loan commitment from Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to finance the planned acquisition of a floating liquefied natural gas storage unit (FSRU). The deal will be secured by a Lithuanian state guarantee. The debt is priced at 50bp over six-month Euribor with a 10bp admin fee and 7bp commitment fee. The loan will be available for drawing until end of 2024.
