EU to support €1.4 billion in infra projects across seven countries

The European Commission has approved over €1.4 billion ($1.51 billion) of EU funds in 14 large infrastructure projects in seven member states – Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain. The projects cover sectors from environment and health to transport and energy, as the initiative aims for a smarter, low-carbon Europe.
