Ex-Armenia PM Sargsyan named EDB board Deputy Chairman

Former Armenia Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Eurasian Development Bank’s Management Board. 

Between 2016 and 2020 he was Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, while from February to March 2020, Sargsyan was advisor to the Chairman of the Eurasian Development Bank’s Management Board.

He was Prime Minister of Armenia between 2008 and 2014, and from 2014 to 2016 served as Ambassador of Armenia to the US.
