CIB announces leadership changes

The Canada Infrastructure Bank Board of Directors has announced that CEO Pierre Lavallee is stepping down effective immediately. Current CFO and CAO Annie Ropar will oversee operations  until a new CEO is appointed. As previously announced the founding Chair Janice Fukakusa is stepping down from April 15 to focus on other public and private sector commitments. Former CEO of Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec Michael Sabia has been appointed to the Board as Chair-Designate.
