New Development Bank elects Marcos Troyjo as President

Marcos Troyjo has been elected as President the New Development Bank from 7 July, 2020. Anil Kishora was also elected as Vice President.

Troyjo recently served as Brazil’s Deputy Economy Minister and Special Secretary for Foreign Trade and International Affairs and represented the Brazilian Government on the boards of multilateral development institutions. He was also Chairman of Brazil’s Commission on External Financing and its National Investment Committee.

Troyjo is also a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on International Trade and Investment.
