Six prequalify for Madagascar Scaling Solar project

Six bidders have pre-qualified for Madagascar’s first Scaling Solar tender – a 25MWac solar photovoltaic/battery storage project located near Antananarivo. The bidding groups are: Acciona Energía; Al Nowais Investments /Aldwych Power Holdings; Globeleq Africa Holdings; GreenYellow SAS/Omnicane; Mulilo Group Holdings/Voltalia; and Ormat Technologies. The winning bidder will be selected based on the lowest proposed tariff.
