IFC invests $46m in Phoenix to boost telecommunications coverage in Brazil

The International Finance Corporation has provided a $46 million-equivalent eight-year debt financing in Brazilian local currency to wireless infrastructure operator Phoenix Tower Participações to support the acceleration of its telecommunication towers footprint in the country. It represents IFC's second investment in Phoenix, following a BRL 80 million financing in 2016.
