AIIB and ADB in talks over collaboration

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) are said to be talking of collaboration according to Thierry de Longuemar, AIIB chief financial officer. The two banks do not see each other as rivals, but rather allies who need each other to bridge the burgeoning infrastructure gap, he says.
