AfDB helps finance Logone River bridge

The African Development Bank (AfDB) has signed two loan agreements for the partial financing of the construction of the Logone River Bridge, linking the city of Yagoua in Cameroon to Bangor in Chad. Funding totaling nearly XAF 37.5 billion obtained from two major development partners. The African Development Bank granted XAF 21.86 billion and African Development Fund granted XAF 7.79 billion to Cameroon.
