The BaltCap Infrastructure Fund (BinF) has reached its €100 million hard cap with a €20 million investment from EBRD. This matches a similar contribution from EIB last year. It is the first infrastructure fund in the region and focuses on transport, energy and social infrastructure development.

BinF has already invested €16 million into a 48MW biomass plant in Vilnius and €9.45 million to acquire 75% of Anaerobic Holding that operates three biogas plants in Latvia.
