UK seeks manager for Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund

The UK government has issued a request for proposals for a fund manager to raise and manage the £400 million Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund announced by the Chancellor in the 2017 Budget. The new fund will be made up of £200 million from the Exchequer and a similar private sector investment with the aim of supplying finance to projects that encourage the uptake of electric vehicles across the UK .
