World Bank offers support in development of Uzbekh export credit agency

The World Bank has offered to provide technical assistance in the development of an export credit agency for Uzbekistan. According to Uzbekistan's Foreign Trade Minister Jamshid Khojayev: "The ministry is currently developing a concept for creation of an eximbank, a national export promotion agency and an export credit insurance agency in Uzbekistan, whose tasks will be to fully stimulate foreign trade activity."
