Naftogaz out for DFI-backed gas purchase revolver

Ukraine’s state energy provider Naftogaz is looking for a DFI-backed natural gas purchase revolving credit to fund its natural gas costs for the 2018 winter. The deal is being arranged by Goldman Sachs. The EBRD is considering providing a $100 million direct loan along with funding from OPIC.
