Deutsche Bank releases white paper on China's Belt & Road Initiative

Deutsche Bank has issued a white paper on China’s Belt & Road Initiative (BRI) called A Guide to Market Participation.

The bank said it developed this white paper in response to client demand for a comprehensive guide to the BRI, and what opportunities it brings existing and potential participants. 

Among the topics covered in the white paper are project sustainability, third-party country partnerships, and how, over the next few years, the continued success of this project will likely be driven by growing interest from global banks and investors prepared to fund projects within higher-risk regions.
